Terms & Conditions


Access to and use of the services of Clutch’d Passports, (“Clutch’d Passports” and/or “our”) and our website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Customer” and “passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be legally bound by these terms. PLEASE READ THE TERMS BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Clutch’d Passports and you, the Customer. These terms restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to Clutch’d Passports. These also include warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree (a) this is a fair balance because this website is accessible by you conveniently and at no charge to access the website; and (b) if you do not agree or do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you can choose to not use this website or Clutch’d Passports services. So, if anything is in these Terms and Conditions, including warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions, that you disagree with or are not willing to be bound by, or if something is missing from these Terms and Conditions that you consider essential, then you must not use this website. IF THERE IS ANY PART OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS ’S SERVICES. No alterations to these terms and conditions may be made by any CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS employee, authorized representative or agent, unless in writing by an authorized officer of CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS.



You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make travel bookings with Clutch’d Passports by any means, including our Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all your travel bookings (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household transacting business with Clutch’d Passports is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities provided by Clutch’d Passports shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through access provided by Clutch’d Passports.


Full payment of fees to retain professional services, is required by all adult travelers. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits: A deposit along with a completed registration form is required by all adult travelers. Unless otherwise specified on a hosted group travel event by Clutch’d Passports, anyone (men and women) can join a hosted group travel event by securing their spot with a deposit if the final payment due date hasn’t passed, and space is available.

Identification: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

Payments:  We accept payments of major credit card, debit card and bank transfer. These payments must be received in full 60-120 days before travel.  Trip payment plan will vary based on trip if applicable

Minimum Monthly Payment Installments: Once a reservation is secured with a deposit, a minimum monthly payment installment must be received monthly or the reservation may be cancelled, and all previous payments will be forfeited. The amount of the minimum monthly payment installment will be provided on the initial invoice.

Late Monthly Payments:  If a monthly payment installment cannot be made, the traveler should email Clutch’d Passports at info@clutchdpassports.com as soon as possible and/or no later than the 15th of the month the payment installment is due, so we are aware of the situation. A specific date of when you can make the payment must be included in the email; otherwise, your reservation may be cancelled. Traveler will be assessed a late fee of $35 if payment is not receive within 3 days from the monthly payment due date. All late payments must be approved by the Clutch’d Passports staff.


Roommate Payments:  Roommates must complete separate registration forms if paying separately and submit their deposits within 24 hours to secure a reservation. Once the registration forms and deposit are received, each roommate can make separate payments. All roommates must state whom she/he will be sharing rooms with on the registration form.


It is also the roommates’ responsibility to ensure that their fellow roommates are making their monthly payments to avoid having the reservation occupancy rate being adjusted to match the number of travelers occupying the room. In this case, the remaining roommate(s) are responsible for paying the difference in price for the new adjusted occupancy rate. A summary of a roommate’s payments can be provided upon request.

Final Payment Due Date:  The final payment due date will be clearly marked on the booking itinerary. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make the final payment before or by the due date. Failure to make the final payment by the stated due date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and all previous deposits will be forfeited unless insurance is purchased. If insurance is purchased, the insurance guidelines will apply based on the supplier.  All late payments must be approved by the Clutch’d Passports staff. Late payment of $125 per person is required after final due date upon approval of Clutch'd Passports.  

Declined Payments:  A declined payment will not be automatically resubmitted. If the payment is declined, an email will be sent to request another form of payment. After the second declined payment the reservation may be cancelled, and all previous payments will be forfeited.

It is the responsibility of the traveler to insure the correct credit card payment information has been submitted, which includes the following: credit card holder’s name, billing address, phone number, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date and three-digit security code. A $15 late payment fee will be due for a declined payment.  The late payment fee must be paid prior to processing your payment.

Payment Processing Timeframe & Receipts:  Payments will be submitted (1) directly to the travel supplier and processed within 1-2 business days by Clutch’d Passports, (2) or directly to Clutch’d Passports via our credit card merchant account. Once the payment has been accepted by the travel supplier the traveler will receive a receipt via email or via our invoicing system, confirming the payment went through successfully.

PLEASE NOTE: For your protection and ours, Clutch’d Passports does not keep copies of your credit card information on fill so you will have to submit monthly payments.


Disputes: If we receive any dispute related to your trip, we will automatically cancel it and provide your agreement to the bank with our cancellation policy and all the information they might need to see that this trip was booked by You the card holder. 


All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable after 24hrs. Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing (see cancellation request) and cannot be made verbally. If a cancellation is received in writing by Clutch'd before the final payment due date of your trip, the non-refundable deposit will be retained in addition to any airline, hotel or excursion imposed fees or cancellation charges. The remaining balance maybe put towards a future Clutch'd hosted event taking place within 365 days of the cancellation approval.

After final payment has been made and you request to cancel your trip a cancellation fee will be applied by supplier because your airline and hotel accommodation have been confirmed.  You must submit a claim through the travel insurance company if you purchased a plan. Your refund will be issued based on the package purchased minus travel protection cost, Clutch'd cancellation fees and any other supplier imposed fees. 


Travelers should seriously consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect their investment.


Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes* and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.


Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been cancelled, and you notify us within 10 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $150 ($200 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services. Additional fee my apply if travel price has changed.
Last Minute Reservations: All reservations must be made no later than 30 days prior to departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply.

CHILDREN: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for children on most tours is 10 years old. The minimum age for South Africa and Dubai Tours is 12. The minimum age for European Tour programs is 12. The minimum age for cruise tours is 6 months old and child must sail in a cabin with an adult over the age of 25 years of age. Discounts for children sharing a room as third person may apply to children under 12 at some resorts on Caribbean and Mexico Tours. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children including providing any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where appropriate. Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be travelling with an adult other than his/her parents, or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-travelling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel should be carried.

PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared room of two people (double occupancy) unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, CP reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided CP receives a written cancellation within two days of the price increase notification.


Currency exchange rates fluctuate. Prices are subject to change based upon currency exchange rate fluctuations, provided actual variations have occurred.

Activity Level and General Fitness

The activity levels for all Clutch’d Passports hosted group trips require walking and other physical exertion. On some tour days, between walking tours and personal exploration, participants can expect to walk 2-3 miles over the course of a day.  Travelers are required to manage their personal belongings without assistance. For these reasons, our hosted tours are not suitable for anyone physically challenged, anyone who is walking impaired, or anyone who is a slow walker who cannot keep up with the pace of the group.

Roommate Locator

Clutch’d Passports does offer roommate matching for some, but not all, of our International tours. Where roommate matching is available it will be  listed in the notes section of the hosted tour. Please note, there is no roommate matching available for domestic tours at this time. You will only be matched after 75% of trip has been paid. Please keep in mind once you have been paired if either of you cancel and we (Clutch’d Passport) are not able to pair you with another roommate you will have to pay the supplemental fee for single occupancy. Arrival, Transfers and Delays

Travelers arriving by air are responsible for allowing enough time to deplane, gather luggage and travel to the designated meeting location to join the group trip. Clutch’d Passports will not delay the departure of the group for travelers arriving after the designated start time as listed in the individual itineraries.

Travelers are required to provide Clutch’d Passports with their flight arrangements no later than the final payment due date of the tour. Travelers are also required to notify us in the event the airline should change the arrival or departure time of a flight.

If scheduled transfers are provided during a group trip, travelers who elect to take alternate transportation to the hotel, for any reason, will not be reimbursed for the transfer expense incurred.

Travelers who are delayed for whatever reason are responsible for notifying Clutch’d Passports of their situation and to communicate regularly with us as to their anticipated arrival time. Delayed travelers are responsible for joining the group as soon as possible and at their own expense if their arrival occurs after the last scheduled transfer.

Medical History Form

Information about medications, dietary, emergency contact, etc. is required and is a mandatory part of the registration form. This information is held in confidence and is only used in case of an emergency. You must complete prior to final payment or your will be subject to cancellation and forfeit your monies paid. 

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are subject to change. In the event there is an itinerary change, comparable lodging, meals and activities will be provided.

Cancellation of Hosted Group Travel

On rare occasions, Clutch’d Passports must cancel a tour, either because there are not enough travelers to operate the tour if travel arrangements are booked under a group booking that requires a minimum number of travelers, or for other events outside the control of Clutch’d Passports.  Clutch’d Passports will cancel tours due to lack of travelers prior to final invoicing however, Clutch’d Passports reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time up to the day of departure, due to no fault of our own.

In the event of a cancellation by Clutch’d Passports, all monies paid to Clutch’d Passports for the canceled tour will be promptly refunded to the traveler. Clutch’d Passports is not responsible for any penalties imposed by the airlines.

Involuntary/Voluntary Departure from a Hosted Group Trip in Progress

Clutch’d Passports reserves the right to remove any traveler from group trip should the Clutch’d Passports representative(s) determine that the traveler cannot meet the physical requirements of the group travel as stated in the itinerary or is disruptive to the tour time schedule or is adversely affecting the overall group dynamics. In the event a traveler is removed from a group trip, Clutch’d Passports will not refund any monies. Transportation costs to return home, airline penalties, and any other expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler.

If a traveler voluntarily chooses to leave a group trip prior to its scheduled conclusion, Clutch’d Passports will not refund any monies for the unused portion of the travel arrangements. Transportation costs from the group trip departure point to the airport, airline penalties, and any other expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler.


Use of 3rd Party Operators

Some Clutch’d Passports trips, as noted in the itinerary, are scheduled with tour operators who sell their tours to the public. The traveler acknowledges that other groups and/or individuals may be a part of the same tour.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email and/or mail 20 days or earlier prior to travel. If paper documents are requested when e-documents are available, documents will be delivered via USPS approximately 14-21 days prior, and a fee of $30 will apply. A complete street address is required (no P.O. boxes).



CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS OFFERS ACCESS TO MANY OPTIONAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO ENHANCE EVERY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. OPTIONS SUCH AS TRAVEL INSURANCE PROTECT PASSENGERS AND THEIR INVESTMENT. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED, TRAVEL INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF CUSTOMER’S ITINERARY TO PROTECT AGAINST THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER DEFAULT/BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION, DELAY, INTERRUPTION, MISSED CONNECTION FOR CRUISES, CANCELLATION, MEDICAL EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION/EVACUATION & REPATRIATION, BAGGAGE & PERSONAL EFFECTS/LOST LUGGAGE & BAGGAGE DELAY, ILLNESS, JOB LOSS PROTECTION AND CHANGE OF PLANS, ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISABILITY, TRAVEL ACCIDENT/SICKNESS MEDICAL EXPENSES, AND MORE. PROPER INSURANCE MAY PROTECT YOU FROM FINANCIAL LOSS IN ALMOST ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Without appropriate travel insurance, Customer understands and agrees that if Customer cancels or interrupts Customer’s travel for any reason, portions of the trip/tour may not be refunded and Clutch’d Passports ’s and travel suppliers cancellation penalties will apply resulting in the loss of monies up to the full cost of Customer’s travel booking and related costs. The purchase of travel insurance is not required to purchase any other product or service offered by Clutch’d Passports. Employees of Clutch’d Passports are not qualified or authorized to: answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, and conditions of any of the insurance offered, nor evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage. An additional charge applies for travel insurance selected


​UNLESS SET FORTH IN WRITING, AIRLINE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TRAVEL PLANS. In such event, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make appropriate air arrangements, as well as transportation to and from the destination where the travel booking originates and returns. Clutch’d Passports shall not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. In rare instances, upon departure from a country, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only, and may vary in price. Due to enhanced security, it is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior for international flights. Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flights, as well as forfeiture of airfares.



It is the responsibility of each Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification to board a flight. Acceptable identification can be found at http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records.

Clutch’d Passports strongly recommends that you consider that certain countries will not admit a passenger, if their passport expires within six (6) months of the date of entry.

Non-United States citizens may require additional documentation.

Children and infants also require all such travel documents. Minors traveling with one parent, and/or without both parents, may be stopped and not admitted, unless authenticated and verified consent forms are provided to the authorities; please see https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/268/kw/travel for forms.

You acknowledge any failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing Customer to miss flight(s), and subsequent scheduled travel bookings on cruises and tours.

When you receive all travel documents, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and verify all information. Contact Clutch’d Passports immediately if changes or corrections are required.


Each foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses, whether within or outside of their boundaries. If you have a current or past offense, and you are unsure how the country you are traveling to (or through) views that offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. (Details can be found at http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_4965.html.) We feel it is an invasion of privacy for any member of our staff to make such an inquiry.



Each Customer is responsible to make certain to have the proper immunizations and required documentation of such immunizations before travel and to make the necessary accommodations for security rules imposed by government authorities. Clutch’d Passports shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. If you are concerned about taking any medications or receiving certain inoculations, check with your health practitioner BEFORE booking.

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS urges customers to remain informed daily as to current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at http://www.state.gov, http://www.tsa.gov, http://www.dot.gov, http://www.faa.gov, http://www.cdc.gov, and http://www.cbp.gov

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by going to https://step.state.gov/step/




USA federal law prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials on the aircraft. (1) USA federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in the passenger’s luggage or on the passenger’s person. A violation can result in five years’ imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radio- active materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. (2) There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in the passenger’s luggage and certain smoking materials carried on the passenger’s person. For further information, each passenger should contact the relevant airline representative(s) on their itinerary. Travel has its own inherent risks, and the traveler acknowledges such risks exist, up to and including death. Clutch’d Passports will take all reasonable precautions to insure the health and safety of the traveler. The traveler agrees to hold Clutch’d Passports, its employees and agents harmless should illness, accident or death occur. Clutch’d Passports is not responsible for the actions, expenses or harm incurred by travelers who disregard the instructions of the Clutch’d Passports representative(s), travelers who depart from the planned activities of the tour, or travelers who follow the instructions of a non- Clutch’d Passports representative(s).

Clutch’d Passports is not responsible for time changes made by the airlines, bus conductor and railways. Flight times and seat assignments are solely at the discretion of the airlines. Hotel room location is the sole discretion of the hotel. Requests can be made but are not guaranteed. Baggage fees of the airlines are not included in group trip prices. If you decide to check baggage you must pay this fee directly to the airline. The carriers, accommodations and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees of Clutch’d Passports. Clutch’d Passports assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Clutch’d Passports , or (5) acts of God.

The traveler agrees for him/herself, his/her heirs and assigns, executors and administrators to hold harmless and release Clutch’d Passports or any other sponsoring organization(s) and/or subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, representatives or successors (released parties”) from any and all losses, causes of action, liabilities, indirectly from participation in connection with hosted group trips and/or the condition of the property, facilities or equipment used for hosted group trips, regardless of when, where or how such claim may arise and regardless of whether caused by the disappearance of negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, including, without limitation. Claims relating to (i) any theft, loss or disappearance of property, (ii) bodily injury (fatal or non-fatal) and (iii) property damage.


Clutch’d Passports acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services (“supplier(s)”) and is not the source or provider of the travel services. Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Clutch’d Passports. Customer is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and consents to the use of those suppliers, and understands and agrees each supplier’s Terms and Conditions are contained in printed form and are set forth on their respective Web sites, which govern the transaction. All bookings are accepted by Clutch’d Passports as agent for the travel suppliers on your itinerary. The transportation, accommodations and other services provided by the identified sea, ground, and air operator suppliers offered are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the tickets, exchange orders or vouchers issued by them and/or their suppliers, including Terms and Conditions on their respective Web sites. BECAUSE CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS ACTS AS AGENT FOR DISCLOSED PRINCIPAL SUPPLIERS AND DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE OPERATIONS OF SUCH INDEPENDENT OPERATORS AND SUPPLIERS, YOU AGREE CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF THESE SERVICES. CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS  HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, IN CONNECTION WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY PRINCIPAL SUPPLIER BOOKING THROUGH CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS ’S OFFICE OR THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY ACT, ERROR, OMISSION, INJURY, LOSS, ACCIDENT, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED THROUGH THE FAULT, NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL ACTS, OMISSIONS OR OTHERWISE OF SUCH SUPPLIER, OR OF ANY SUPPLIER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVANTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR FAILURE TO DELIVER OR THEIR PARTIAL OR INADEQUATE DELIVERY OF SERVICES, FUEL INCREASES, AND OTHER MATTERS OUTSIDE OF CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS ’S CONTROL, AND YOU HEREBY EXONERATE CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS  FROM ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME. Weather conditions, including but not limited to the presence or absence of snow, sunshine, and rainfall are not guaranteed to occur or not occur, and are clearly outside of Clutch’d Passports ’s control. Volcanic eruptions, ash clouds, and wind may be characterized as an adverse weather condition or a natural disaster by suppliers and your travel insurance company, which is beyond the control of Clutch’d Passports. Clutch’d Passports reserves the right to cancel any itinerary or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary, and to refuse to accept or to retain as a member of any tour any person at any time. Clutch’d Passports shall not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. Clutch’d Passports has solely received commission and fees for travel transactions and Customer agrees and understands that any recovery from Clutch’d Passports will be limited to the commission and fees paid by Customer received by Clutch’d Passports.


“Force Majeure” means, in relation to Clutch’d Passports , any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Clutch’d Passports , (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other untoward occurrences).

Clutch’d Passports shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON ALL TRIPS.

If Clutch’d Passports, and/or any of its travel suppliers, are affected by Force Majeure, they shall be entitled to, and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund by Clutch’d Passports to you because of the non-performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in its sole and absolute discretion, although Clutch’d Passports shall use its reasonable efforts to reimburse you where possible. However, Clutch’d Passports shall be entitled to deduct from any refund recoverable the reasonable actual and potential costs to Clutch’d Passports of the Force Majeure and applicable cancellation fees.

Regarding civil unrest, once Clutch’d Passports has investigated the prevailing situation, as it deems fit, it shall remain in CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS ’s sole and absolute discretion whether to proceed with the trip. You may in such circumstances cancel the trip subject to Clutch’d Passports ’s and each supplier’s terms and conditions.


We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted here on this website and are effective immediately on posting. Please check frequently, especially before you use this website, to see if these Terms changed. Use of the website after any changes to the Terms constitutes your consent to the changes.


We reserve the right to correct errors. All land and event offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. In the event of a land or event pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing or make any other corrections.

Clutch’d Passports reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event or during any travel activity, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Clutch’d Passports may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Clutch’d Passports, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact Clutch’d Passports by email of his/her intentions and state concerns. Traveler agrees to no participate in any photography opportunities during the trip to avoid being captured in any picture. If by chance a picture of traveler is posted he/she may ask for it to be removed only if he/she has already contacted us in writing.


No material from this website may be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, performed, licensed, used to make a derivative work, transferred, sold or distributed in any way, without our prior written consent. You may not frame or mirror any material on this website on any other server or other location. Unauthorized use of any such material on any other website or computer environment or elsewhere is prohibited.

By selecting the "I Accept" button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By selecting "I Accept" you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions. You further agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action, or to otherwise provide Clutch'd Passports or in accessing or making any transaction regarding any agreement, acknowledgement, consent terms, disclosures or conditions constitutes your signature (hereafter referred to as "E-Signature"), acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting contract between you and Clutch'd Passports. You also represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement for all persons who own or are authorized to access any of your accounts and that such persons will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You further agree that each use of your E-Signature in obtaining a Clutch'd Passports service constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of Clutch'd Passports Disclosures and Agreements as they exist on the date of your E-Signature.



The laws of the State of Maryland, USA, govern these Terms and Conditions. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Prince Georges County, Maryland, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to travel bookings with Clutch’d Passports, including the use of the Clutch’d Passports Web site. Use of the Clutch’d Passports Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and agreement shall continue in effect.

These Terms and Conditions (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Clutch’d Passports  with respect to travel bookings made with Clutch’d Passports  by any means accessing such information, including its’ Web site, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between Customer and Clutch’d Passports  with respect to communications with Clutch’d Passports , including the Clutch’d Passports  Web site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
