Johannesburg, South Africa's biggest city and capital of Gauteng province, began as a 19th-century gold-mining settlement. Its sprawling Soweto township was once home to Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu. Mandela’s former residence is now the Mandela House museum.

Cape Town is a port city on South Africa’s southwest coast, on a peninsula beneath the imposing Table Mountain. Slowly rotating cable cars climb to the mountain’s flat top, from which there are sweeping views of the city, the busy harbor, and boats heading for Robben Island, the notorious prison that once held Nelson Mandela, which is now a living museum

Reservations and Payments

Reservations can be made online and will be confirmed upon receipt of $350 per person non-refundable, a non-transferable deposit which must be received at the time of reservation*. The remaining payments are divided by the remaining months prior to the final payment date. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified. *If the reservation date is within 90 days or less of the final payment due date, both first and second deposits are due at the time of reservation. Baggage fees may apply. Space and prices subject to availability.

    We are an exclusive travel group for 30 and over adults looking to explore the world with other likeminded people.
  • Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?
    We only offer private travel quotes for our VIP travelers. Refer to our VIP program to view qualifications.
  • Is Clutch’d Passports women only travel group?
    No. Clutch’d Passports welcomes both men and women over the age of 30. Our clients are solo travelers, couples, and individuals who appreciate done for you, hassle free, boutique style travel.
  • What are your hours?
    We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 11 am to 6 pm (301) 531-4243. We respond promptly to email inquiries at info@clutchdpassports.com
  • What is the difference between air & land accommodations and land only?
    Air & Land includes your roundtrip airfare and all hotel accommodations. Land only option includes all trip accommodations and excludes the roundtrip airfare. With the land only option, you are responsible for your roundtrip ground transfers to our hotel on arrival and departure dates if you do not depart and arrive at the same time as the group.
  • What is included in your hosted group trips?
