Reservations and Payments

Reservations can be made online and your spot will be confirmed upon receipt of $300 per person non-refundable, a non-transferable deposit which must be received at the time of reservation*. The remaining payments are divided by the remaining months prior to the final payment date. Full payment is due up to 120 no less than 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified. *If the reservation date is within 90 days or less of the final payment due date, the full amount is due at the time of reservation. Baggage fees may apply. Space and prices subject to availability.

BEFORE YOU GO

LAND-ONLY TRAVEL

 International flights to/from the U.S. are not included. Travelers are responsible for arranging arrival and departure flights. Clutch'd Passports will not be held responsible for any part of the trip you missed caused by air schedule changes and delays. Unused land services are non-refundable.


Land-only services start upon independent check-in at the hotel in Athens on Day 2 of the itinerary, unless otherwise stated. Land-only services end after breakfast at the Melia hotel on Day 9 of the itinerary listed on the tour page.

 

When purchasing your flight, the hotel check-in date is April 23, 2023. Please schedule your flight departure from the US on April 22, 2023.

You will arrive into Athens International Airport (ATH). You will depart from Athens International Airport (ATH) on April 30, 2023.

 

PASSPORT AND VISA INFORMATION

You must be in possession of a passport book valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. All visitors are required by the Indonesia immigration authorities to have a minimum of two consecutive blank visa entry pages in their passport. Insufficient pages in the passport may result in denied boarding or denial of entry upon arrival, and the person is likely to be detained pending return to their country of origin. Visa is not required for tourist travel under 30 days.  Non-U.S. citizens should check with the respective consulates as to the most current visa requirements to all their travel destinations. Please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary travel documents before the trip.

HEALTH REQUIRMENTS

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Missing a vacation is horrible, but losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Due to the state of the world Clutch'd Passports requires each traveler to purchase Travel Insurance that will coverage you for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medial Express, and more.

 

It is CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS’s requirement that each Traveler purchase a travel insurance policy within fourteen (14) days of booking their Scheduled Trip. The recommended insurance policy would include a minimum of $100,000 of coverage and cover emergency transportation/evacuation and Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) at minimum.

 

You can request a quote through Clutch'd Passports who works with a third-party company or you can purchase on your own. You must provide a copy of your travel insurance to Clutch'd Passports within 30 days of booking your trip. 

 

BAGGAGE

 Recommendation: Each passenger should only bring one piece of checked-in luggage (suitcase) max. 44 pounds, and one carry-on not exceeding 18”x10”x8”. We recommend that you do not overpack and that you take a variety of casual separates with climate and comfort in mind. Additional baggage may not be allowed by domestic airlines within the country. 

 

CREDIT CARDS AND LOCAL CURRENCY

Most credit and debit cards can be used in ATMs, which are found around in Greece.  

 US dollars are  accepted in Greece but it is recommended that convert some of your money to EUROs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

  • All your payments to Clutch'd Passport are non-refundable and non-transferable after 24hrs. This is because Clutch'd Passports has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required

  • Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and/or government-issued ID.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked.

  • Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, and the safety of travelers. Clutch'd Passports assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary by all third parties.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the room cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until final payment with management approval and $200 after final payment date plus any vendor fees. 

  • Late payment of $50 per person is required after the final due date with management approval.

  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline. If your trip is cancel for none payment you will have to pay a fee for reinstatement. 

  • Roommate Payments -roommates must complete separate registration form (if paying separately) and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a reservation.  Roommate matching at your request but is not guaranteed. 

  • Hotels have the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
