Unless otherwise noted below, your trip is scheduled to depart as planned. Final decisions about trip cancellations will be made no later than 45 days prior the scheduled departure dates.
If a trip is cancelled by one of our vendors, you will be notified via email with available options based upon their terms. If you choose to cancel your booking at any time, terms and dates of applicable penalties will be able for you to review. Please understand that individual cancellation requests made prior to vendor cancellation announcement will not be made retroactive and the individual member forfeits any further offers or more favorable terms. We will add this information to the site under Booking - COVID-19, so that this remains handy for you in the near future!
TRIPS MOVING FORWARD YOU MUST ABIDE BY ALL HEALTH RULES AND REGULATIONS
As we proceed with 2021 destinations and beyond, the status of COVID-19 remains uncertain. To avoid any future conflict about travel arrangements, trip interruptions, cancellations, or rescheduled tours, Clutch'd Passports now requires travelers to obtain travel insurance, no exceptions. In the event of an interruption, or a vendor's failure to refund (travel credits may be offered), client's can file a claim with their insurance company. Clients must review and complete Clutch'd Passports travel agreement, and return within the timeframe provided by our team to avoid being removed from a new booking.

Cancellations will receive a 100% future trip credit and may be applied to any future Clutch'd Passports trip.

Refunds will not be given if a trip is being rescheduled.

If you have purchased trip insurance contact your carrier directly to change to the new dates. You may also file a claim.
