Reservations can be made online and will be confirmed upon receipt of $300 per person non-refundable, a non-transferable deposit which must be received at the time of reservation*. The remaining payments are divided by the remaining months prior to the final payment date. Full payment is due up to 120 no less than 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified. *If the reservation date is within 90 days or less of the final payment due date, both first and second deposits are due at the time of reservation. What is the difference between air & land accommodations and land only?Air & Land includes your roundtrip airfare and all hotel accommodations. Land only option includes all trip accommodations and excludes the roundtrip airfare. With the land only option, you are responsible for your roundtrip ground transfers to our hotel on arrival and departure dates if you do not depart and arrive at the same time as the group.
